- So, the estimated time would be 10 to 15 working days. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Here are some General Washing Instructions for both normal and delicate clothes:

Normal Clothes:

1. Sort: Sort your laundry into similar colors and fabric types. This prevents colors from bleeding and damage to delicate fabrics.
2. Pre-treat stains: If there are any stains, pre-treat them with a stain remover or detergent before washing.
3. Water Temperature: Check the care label for recommended water temperature. In general, most clothes can be washed in cold or warm water. Hot water is suitable for whites and heavily soiled items.
4. Detergent: Use an appropriate amount of laundry detergent according to the load size and soil level. Too much detergent can leave residue and damage fabrics.
5. Load Size: Don’t overload the washing machine; clothes need space to move around for effective cleaning.
6. Washing Cycle: Select the appropriate washing cycle based on the fabric type and soil level.
7. Dry: Check the care label for drying instructions. Some clothes can be air-dried, while others can be tumble dried on low or medium heat.

Delicate Clothes:

1. Hand Wash or Gentle Cycle: Delicate fabrics such as silk, lace, and wool may require hand washing or a gentle cycle on the washing machine.
2. Use Mesh Laundry Bags: Place delicate items in mesh laundry bags to protect them from snagging and stretching during the wash cycle.
3. Use Mild Detergent: Use a mild detergent specifically formulated for delicate fabrics.
4. Cold Water: Wash delicate clothes in cold water to prevent shrinking and color fading.
5. Avoid Agitation: Minimize agitation by selecting the gentlest washing cycle or gently hand washing.
6. Air Dry: Lay delicate clothes flat to air dry or hang them on a drying rack. Avoid wringing out delicate fabrics, as this can damage their fibers.

Once a product is accepted for return, refund is Credited within 2-3 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
 

Once order is placed with us can not be cancelled as we makes on orders basis.

Products that have been customized as per client requirements such as size/ design/ fabric design will not be eligible for exchange.

Others:

• In case of damage products received, proper parcel opening video is compulsory. 
• Products that have been customized as per client requirements such as plus size/make to measure size/ pattern change and Accessories (like Jwellery / bags) etc. will not be eligible for exchange/returns.

Important points !!! Pls take out 2 mins and read it properly !!!

1.  We request you to always dry clean it for the first time to maintain the quality of the material .First time dry clean will not lead to the fading of clothes.
2. There may be a slight variation of colors due to photographic effect/Mobile setting
3. Damages should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with full parcel opening video. Without full 360 degree parcel opening video no complaint will be entertained.
4. Don't use scissors or knife to cut out side parcel use Hand tearing because some time cut inside clothes or material that case not entertain you
5. We are not responsible for any loss or damage products without unboxing video proof.
6. We only deal into quality stuffs and maintain standards of quality.. Quality and customer satisfaction is our top most priority however in today's fashion world Guarantee/Warranty is not available for color fading etc.. so pls inform your customers accordingly.
7. No exchange/Return on dislike basis strictly since we always gives the best quality according to price
8.  We will give tracking within 24-48 hours for all ready available stocks.. pls inform us if the parcel is not receive within 8-10 working days.
9. Once booking is done can not be cancelled.
10. If you have received open parcel, pls do not accept it and send it back.. if your customer accepts we r not responsible for missing or damaged things if any.
11. If the parcel didn't reach your customer even after 10-12 working days of Booking please let me know I will take the issue to  courier vendor and will check immediately
